This series of sermons aims to foster a poetic/literary reading of biblical poetry by expositing four psalms in order to address how we read, interpret, and “use” biblical poems.
Today’s guest speaker, Fred Putnam (Ph.D., The Annenberg Research Institute), has been teaching Hebrew Greek, and biblical interpretation at seminaries and colleges in the greater Philadelphia area since 1984. He and Emilie, his wife, live in southeast Pennsylvania, with their nearby daughters and son-in-laws, and their children.
